| 摘 要： | 药芯铜铝焊丝用于铜铝异种金属焊接的材料，文中设计的挤压模具，可制取无缝药芯铜铝焊丝线坯，在制取线坯的同时将钎剂注入其芯部，线坯经拉拔减径至焊丝。该技术具有生产效率高、产品性能稳定、质量可靠等特点。

| Abstract: | Flux-cored copper/aluminum wire is applied to the dissimilar metals welding. The paper concerned with the extrusion die for the drawing stock preparation. It highlighted the process： pour the brazing flux into the core and draw the stock to the wire. It put forward that the process had the advantages On production efficiency, product performance and quality, etc. |
