摘    要:输电线路接地装置是防雷击跳闸事故的重要电气设备,目前对输电线路接地装置的测量须单独进行,工作量繁重,且存在人为误差,基于此,介绍一种基于柔性互感器的接地电阻测量系统。介绍系统构成和工作原理,系统集成GPS功能和远程通信功能,能够实现输电线路和杆塔号的自动识别以及测量数据的自动远程上报,以现场实际应用为例,说明利用该系统能够实现针对多引下线接地输电线路的杆塔接地电阻测量,为输电线路接地装置的日常维护及管理提供了一种新型设备及系统平台。

Abstract:The transmission line grounding device is the important electrical equipment to avoid accidents of lightning,at present,the measurement of transmission line grounding device needs to be carried out with heavy work and human error.A measuring system of ground resistance is introduced based on flexible transformer. The system structure and working principle of the equipment are introduced. The integrated GPS function and remote communication function of the system are explained, which can realize automatic identification of transmission lines and tower numbers and automatic remote reporting of measurement data. The actual application on the site is taken as an example to demonstrate that the use of this instrument can realize the measurement of the grounding resistance of the tower for multi-lead-down grounded transmission lines. It provides a new type of equipment and system platform which provided for the routine maintenance and management of grounding devices for transmission lines.
