连通管式位移测量系统的液位振荡特性

摘    要:针对动态测量时连通管式位移测量系统中的液体振荡会影响构筑物位移测量的精度,建立了三通道连通管模型,推导了连通管内液位振荡的微分方程,据此进行了仿真分析,得到了液位的振荡特性,并进行了验证试验。试验结果表明,连通管液位振荡模型能描述连通管内液体的振荡特性,只需对测量系统进行优化设计,就可有效地消除液位振荡。

Abstract:The measurement accuracy of liquid level is affected by liquid fluctuat ion in a connected pipe measurement system. This paper presented a mathematical model of liquid flow of a three channel connected pipe by using the knowledge o f hydromechanics. Equations of liquid fluctuation in the connected pipe are deduc ed and characteristics of liquid fluctuation in time domain are obtained through the simulation analysis. An experiment was conducted to testify the theoretical analysis. Experimental results show that the analysis of the liquid fluctuation in connected pipe is correct. The liquid fluctuation added to displacement sign al can be reduced effectively after optimally designing the system.
