蓄热炉重质焦油破乳脱水的试验研究

摘    要:蓄热炉裂解后的重质焦油是一种复杂的混合物,比重大,粘度高。焦油中水分以水珠形式存在,形成稳定的油包水型乳状液,使焦油破乳脱水困难较大。本文采用电解质对重质焦油破乳脱水进行初步探讨,根据焦油性质筛选出合适的电解质,找到适宜的工艺条件,使重质焦油含水由62%降到20%。考察了湿度、电解质浓度、搅拌时间等因素对破乳脱水的影响。

Abstract:The heavy tar oil from regenerative cracking furnace is complex mixture with heavy and viscous properties. Water in the tar oil is disperse with various dispersities and the stable emulsion water-in-oil is formed. It is difficult to break the emulsion. In this paper, method of emulsion breaking and dehydration of heavy tar with electrolyte is studied. On the basis of properties of the tar oil, proper electrolytes and operation conditions for emulsion breaking have been found. Test results show that the content of water in the tar is reduced from 62% to 20%. Influences of temperature, concentration of electrolyte and stirring time on emulsion breaking and dehydration are investigated.
