小型直喷柴油机循环变动及影响因素分析

摘    要:研究了采用低旋流进气,浅ω型燃烧系统的SD2100直喷柴油机的循环变动及其影响因素,分析了标定工况下的最高燃烧压力(P_(max))及其所在时刻(φ_A)、最大压力升高率(λ_p)及其出现时刻(φ_B)、平均指示压力(P_i)的循环变动;对供油系统中的供油提前角(θ_(fa))、启喷压力(P_(jo))及喷油嘴孔径(D)等参数进行调整,分析了对循环变动的影响,并综合燃油经济性指标,得到最优匹配。

Abstract:The characteristics of operating cycle variations for shallow-ω-type combustion system on SD2100 diesel engine are tested and measured. The analysis on the cycle-to-cycle variation of the peak pressure and angle- pmax, A , the largest rising rate of pressure and angle- λp, B,the average instructing pressure- pi on specific performance are studied.Then influences of cycle-to-cycle variation are analyzed when the fuel supply system parameters such as the fuel supply time-θfs,the pressure of injection- pjo ,the nozzle hole are adjusted, concern to the specific fuel consumption,the optimum match is got.
