变频调速技术及其在电厂节能中的应用

摘    要:火力发电厂中各类泵与风机的能量消耗在厂用电中所占的比重很大,应该采用更加节能的调节方式来降低泵和风机的能耗,减少厂用电.变频调速技术可以实现无级、大幅度的调节,是一种高效的调节方式.主要介绍了变频调速技术的基本原理和节能原理,分析了某电厂4#锅炉机组送引风机系统变频改造后的节能效果.

Abstract:In coal-fired power plants, pumps and fans consume a large part of the auxiliary power, so more efficient measures should be taken to reduce the pumps' and fans' energy consumption. Frequency control technology, an efficient adjustment method, can achieve stepless, large range adjustment. The principle of frequency control technology and energy saving is described, and energy saving effect of frequency conversion revolution for No. 4 unit' s fans system in a certain plant is also described and analyzed.
