摘    要:采用印刷线路板(PCB)作为被动式直接甲醇燃料电池的单极板,实现集流、串联和夹紧的一体化.设计、组装了被动直接甲醇燃料电池系统,并与笔记本电脑联试成功.电池放电性能测试结果表明.系统输出峰值功率达33 w,单位面积峰值比功率达27 mW/cm2.一次加入840 mL,2 mol/L的甲醇可使笔记本电脑工作72 min,并对甲醇燃料的法拉第效率、能量效率、比能量进行了估算,结果表明该电池系统甲醇燃料的法拉第效率达23.3%,能量效率为7.8%,比能量为475.8 Wh/kg.

Abstract:Current collecting, series connection and clamping can be integrated by adopting printed-circuit board (PCB) as monopolar plate in passive DMFC. A passive DMFC system was designed and fabricated to power notebook computer successfully. The results of discharge performance test show that the output peak power of the system is up to 32 W and the peak power density is 27 mW/cm2. The notebook computer can be driven to operate 72 min by the passive DMFC system with 840 mL 2 mol/L methanol. Rough calculation shows that the Faradic efficiency, energy efficiency and specific energy density of the methanol fuel are 23.3%, 7.8%, 475.8 Wh/kg respectively.
