| 摘 要： | 基于制造成本最低的理念,运用机械可靠性基本理论与方法,利用拉格朗日乘数法,建立起机械加工系统的可靠性分析模型及可靠度分配条件,从而,得出机械制造成本最低的可靠度分配方案。把此方案应用于煤矿SGB-520/34型刮板输送机减速器轴套的机械加工系统,取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the idea of sum cost minimum,this paper made use of basic theory and method of mechanical reliability and lagrange multiplier method to establish reliability analysis model and reliability apportionment conditions of machining system.Thereby,it found out reliability apportionment measure of sum cost minimum.Using the measure in machining system of the reducers of straight toothed spur gear of SGB-520/34 scraper conveyor can attain the better results. |
