摘    要:设计了一种用于煤矿防爆车辆混合式空气悬架装置,前、后悬架设计采用空气弹簧布置在钢板弹簧的上方,并列出空气弹簧的计算公式。为了满足空气弹簧与高度阀的联合使用和协调动作,设计了该混合式空气悬架的控制系统,该种悬架具有非线性弹性特性、刚度和高度可调、隔振性能好和质量轻等优点。

Abstract:A kind of compound air suspension used for explosion vehicle in coal mine is designed in this article,for the design of front suspension and rear suspension air pocket is located on the top of band spring,and mathematical of air pocket.In order to meet combination application and coordination action for air pocket and altitude valve,the control system of compound air suspension was designed.This kind of compound air suspension have nonlinear elastic properties,stiffness adjustable,height adjustable,vibration isolation performance and quality of light and so on.
