行程相关减振器的建模与试验

摘    要:基于减振器的工作原理、内部结构和阀系特性,应用ADAMS/Hydraulics建立了行程相关减振器的数学模型。行程相关减振器的阻尼力不仅与速度有关,而且受行程影响。该模型使用能描述阀系特性的参数建立减振器动力学特性与内部结构的关系,计算结果与试验数据符合较好。该模型可用于研究减振器结构参数及外特性对整车性能的影响。

Abstract:Based on the working principle,the internal configuration,and the valve system behavior of the shock absorber(SA),a mathematical model for the stroke dependent SA was built using the software ADAMS/Hydraulics.The damping force of the stroke dependent SA depends on not only the retative movement velocity,but also its displacement.In this model,the relationship between the SA dynamic behavior and its internal configuration was established by the parameters describing the valve system behavior.The calculated results agree well with the test data.The suggested model can be used to study the effects of construction parameters and dynamic behavior of the SA on the vehicle performance.
