摘    要:提供了一种基于模拟量反馈的加氯机开度自动控制方法,针对无模拟量输出的加氯机改进,利用加氯机电位器内的电阻随加氯机工作状态变化呈现抛物线变化的物理特性,运用外加电源的方式将加氯机工作状态的物理特性通过电流的形式传入可编程逻辑控制器PLC的模拟量模块,然后通过组态InTouch软件在计算机画面上显示出加氯机开度的定量值,对加氯机开度自动控制,开度定位准确率高,操作简单方便,节省了设备成本。

Automatic Control System of Chlorine Adding Machine Opening Based on Analog Feedback
Abstract:This system provides an automatic control method of chlorination machine opening based on analog feedback.Aiming at the improvement of chlorination machine without analog output,the resistance in the potentiometer of chlorination machine varies parabolically with the working state of chlorination machine.The physical characteristics of chlorinating machine working state are transferred into the analog module of PLC by means of external power supply through the form of electric current.Then the quantitative value of chlorinating machine opening is displayed on the computer screen by configuration INTOUCH software.The opening of chlorinating machine is automatically controlled with high accuracy and operation.
