| 摘 要： | 介绍了氢闸流管开关雷达脉冲调制器的工作过程和特点,给出了串联IGBT新型调制器的技术方案,并对IGBT的驱动保护和串联运行电压失衡原因进行了分析,给出了电压均衡方法,证明了串联IGBT在雷达脉冲调制器中应用的可行性.

| Abstract: | The operating process and characteristic of a radar pulse modulator of a hydrogen tyratron switch have been introduced. A technical scheme of a new-type moudulator of series IGBT is given. The cause of voltage unbalance for IGBT drive and series operation is analyzed. The voltage balance method is given. The feasibility of series IGBT in the radar pulse modulator use is proved. |
