摘    要:应用矢量控制的原理,以电机控制专用TMS320LF2407数字信号处理器为核心,开发出一套基于矢量控制的变频调速系统。对整个系统的硬件电路和驱动软件实现作了详细的介绍,同时采用了一种新型的脉宽调制方法———电压空间矢量法(SVPWM)来实现对异步电机的控制,提高了能量的利用效率。实践证明,该系统具有运行稳定、抗干扰能力强且电机运行噪声小等优点。

Abstract:Using the principle of vector control,taking DSP chip TMS320LF2407 to be special used for controlling motor as core,the variable frequency speed regulation system based on vector control was developed.The hardware circuit and the driving software of whole system were expatiated,due to adopting a new pulse width modulation named space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method to control induction motors,the utilization efficiency of energy was upgraded.This control system has applied to the electrical control system of the embroidering fitted with computer,the practice has proved that the above system with excellent performance,stable running,strong immunity and lower running noise is indeed a control system of advance,novel and practice.
