基于PLC的锅炉加药自动控制系统

摘    要:针对各电厂给水加药大多采用人工调节,难以实现全自动化管理的情况,提出一种采用变增益三区段非线性PID,积分模糊控制(IFC)算法及上位机软件WinCC S7-200 PLC的组合方案,通过ProfiBus通讯方式,将其与在线pH仪,联胺表,电导率仪和液位传感器相结合构成的二级监控系统,实现了锅炉给水配药,加药全自动控制过程.该系统具有鲁棒性强,响应速度快和控制精度高的特点,尤其能克服pH值中和过程的较大时滞.
