关于社区糖尿病患者遵医行为与健康教育的关系探讨

目的探讨社区糖尿病患者的健康教育与其遵医行为的关系，为开展社区糖尿病患者的健康教育提供实证性证据。方法将社区糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组，对试验组给予社区健康教育，6个月以后调查两组遵医行为以及病情控制情况。结果社区健康教育能增强糖尿病患者的遵医行为，改善其病情控制。结论加强对社区糖尿病患者的健康教育，完善社区健康教育体系，是社区糖尿病患者治疗的有效措施。

Investigate on the relationship of health education and treatment compliance of community - based patients with diabetes

Objective To investigate the relationship of the treatment compliance of community - based diabetic pa- tients after health education. For providing the empirical evidence for the development of diabetic patients＇ health education through. Methods Community - based diabetic patients were randomly divided into testing and controlling groups,the testing group was provided with health education. The treatment compliance and the control of disease in two groups were investigated after six months. Results Community health education enhanced the diabetes patients＇ treatment compliance and improved their disease control. Conclusion Strengthening the diabetes community health education and improving the community＇s health education system are the effective treatment measures for community - based diabetic patients.
