电容传感器测量电路的温度补偿

摘    要:电荷转移式电容测量电路长年工作时,其输出会有较大的温度漂移。利用热敏电阻器对温度取样,由试验得到电容测量电路的输出电压随温度变化的规律,采用单片机技术对电路进行温度补偿,可使温度漂移减小为原来的20%。这种补偿方法不受测量电路零位、增益调整的影响。

Abstract:When the charge transfer capacitance measuring circuit works all the year round,there will be a quite considerable temperature drift in its output.The temperature is sampled with thermistors,the regularity of output voltage of capacitance measuring circuit changing with temperature from experiments is found,and then the temperature of the circuit is compensated with the micro-controller techniques.The temperature drift to 20 % of the original can be reduced.A new compensation method doesn't come the influence of measuring circuit adjustment of zero position and gain.
