摘    要:采用线-筒式电晕反应器对二氯甲烷和三氯乙烯有机废气的去除效果进行了实验研究.实验考察了峰值电压、脉冲频率、停留时间等因素对去除率的影响.研究结果表明峰值电压能显著影响有机废气的去除率,当峰值电压从17.5 kV提高到25 kV时,二氯甲烷和三氯乙烯的去除率分别从8%和39%上升到31%和76%.随着脉冲频率的提高,有机物的去除率也上升.实验还发现,增加气体停留时间,有利于提高二氯甲烷和三氯乙烯的去除率.通过FR-IR对分解产物的分析,发现最终分解产物为CO,CO2,H2O和HCl.

Abstract:The decomposition of dichloromethane (DCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE) in the air was carried out by a wire-tube pulsed corona reactor. The influences of operation parameters like pulse voltage, pulse repetition rate and gas residence time on the removal of pollutants were investigated. Experimental result showed that the removals of DCE and TCE were significantly influenced by the pulse voltage imposed on the reactor. When the pulse voltage was increased from 17.5 kV to 25 kV, the removals of DCE and TCE increased from 8% to 31% and 39% to 76% respectively. With the increase of the pulse repetition rate, the removals of these pollutants also increased. It was also found that with the increase of gas residence time also resulted in the increase of the removal of pollutant. The decomposition products were analyzed by mean of FT-IR, and it was found that the main products from the decompositions were CO, CO_2, H_2O and HCl.
