多层螺旋CT及多平面重建技术对矽肺合并肺结核的诊断

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及其多平面重建(MPR)技术对矽肺合并肺结核的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析和总结50例矽肺合并肺结核病例的临床和CT影像资料,应用MPR软件对图像重建数据行后处理重建,得到MPR图像。从结节、团块、空洞及胸膜炎等方面进行分析、分型,总结一些CT影像特征,给矽肺合并肺结核的诊断予一定的帮助。结果矽肺结核浸润型8例,占16%;矽肺结核结节型12例,占24%;矽肺结核团块型32例,占64%;矽肺结核空洞型21例,占42%;矽肺结核胸膜炎型17例,占34%。结论多层螺旋CT及重建技术对矽肺合并结核的诊断更详细、精确,在诊断矽肺结核的病变范围、程度及并发症的优势显著,通过分型便于早期、准确诊断,具有十分重要的诊断价值。

Diagnosis of Multidetector Spiral CT and Multi-panar Reconstruction Techniques in Silico Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT and multi-panar reconstruction techniques in silicotuberculosis.Methods A retrospective review of CT imaging and clinical findings of 50 patients with silicotuberculosis was conducted.Multi-panar reconstruction techniques were used.The analysis of characteristics of CT imaging included nodule,mass,cavity,pleurisy,and so on.Results Silicotuberculosis（infiltration type）： 8 cases（16%）;Silicotuberculosis（nodule type）： 12 cases（24%）;Silicotuberculosis（mass type）： 32 cases（64%）;Silicotuberculosis（cavity type）： 21 cases（42%）;Silicotuberculosis（pleurisy type）： 17 cases（34%）.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and multi-panar reconstruction techniques have an advantage for the investigations of degree,extent and complication of silicotuberculosis and those are important and helpful methods for the early clinical diagnosis and proper treatment for the patients with silicotuberculosis.
