聚合草中黄酮类物质的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:采用浸提正交实验设计优化聚合草中黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以水为提取溶剂采用正交试验设计探讨提取温度、料液比、提取时间等因素对聚合草中黄酮类物质提取量的影响。结果:聚合草黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺参数为:浸提温度90℃、料液比1∶40、浸提时间2.5 h,在此条件下聚合草提取液中黄酮类物质百分含量为3.01%。结论:优选得到的工艺确实可行,适合聚合草中黄酮类物质的提取。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the optimum preparation procedure of flavonoids from Symphytum Officinal Linn by orthogonal design.Method:Using water as extracting liquid,the effect factors of temperature,time of extraction and ratio of material to solvent on the flavonids extracted from Symphytum Officinal Linn were studied through orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from Symphytum Officinal Linn were as follows:water as extraction solvent at 90 ℃ for 2.5 h,the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶40.Under the above conditions,percent content of flavonoids in Symphytum Officinal Linn extraction was 3.01%.Conclusion:This technological process is feasible and can be used for extracting flavonoids from Symphytum officinal Linn.
