| 摘 要： | 现代企业管理以财务管理为中心，但要在企业管理中达到每一个行为、每一个过程、每一个人的自觉规范，就目前的管理手段来说只能依靠ERP，因为ERP能将财务管理的理念融入到企业所有业务的每一个节点，改变财务管理部门“独家代理”的局面。ERP作为先进的企业管理工具，包含了新的管理思想。企业要借助ERP来提升企业核心竞争力，首要的任务就是改变原来管理方法中已经落后的一面。企业要顺利的实施ERP，就必须经过一个结合实际、破旧立新的过程。

| Abstract: | Financial management is the center of modern enterprises management,while to standardize every behavior,every process and everybody willingly,only ERP can be depended upon so far as present management means is concerned,because ERP can melt idea of financial management into all points of business in enterprise,changing status of "executive agent".As an advanced enterprise management tool,ERP contains new management idea.To improve enterprise competitive force with ERP,the primitive task is taking over the backward side existed in old management.To implement ERP smoothly,enterprise will surly have a practical process of destroying old and establishing new. |
