摘    要:本文探讨了"机床电气控制"课程实验教学模式,介绍了一种多工位搬运气动机械手控制系统的结构、工作原理和工作过程。笔者进行气动控制回路设计介绍,以三菱FX2N-48MR型PLC为核心,进行了电气控制系统的硬件开发和顺序功能图编程,将多工位搬运气动机械手应用于PLC实验教学,提高了学生PLC的实际应用能力。

Abstract:A new experiment teaching mode of Electrical Control of Machinery Tools is discussed in this paper.One pneumatic manipulator is studied in the paper.The structure,working principle and process is described.Pneumatic control circuit based on FX2N-48MR PLC,the hardware and software system is developed.Pneumatic teaching manipulator is applied to PLC experimental teaching,which improves the ability to practically apply PLC and strengthens the ability to combine theory with practice.
