摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2凝胶,采用微波对凝胶进行干燥,然后煅烧制备出纳米级TiO_2光催化剂,经XRD测定表明其为锐钛矿型TiO_2,平均粒径为12.3nm。以甲基橙为模拟污染物进行光催化降解,表明该方法制备的TiO_2的光催化活性比烘箱法TiO_2略高,并可重复使用。

Abstract:The nanocrystalline TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared via sol-gel process, microwave drying and calcination. The product was proved to be the anatase TiO2 and its average particle size to be 12. 3 nm by means of XRD. The experimental results of the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange indicated that the photocatalytic degradating activity of this TiO2 photocatalyst is slightly higher than that prepared by drying oven, and the former could be used repeatedly.
