桃树流胶病的研究——Ⅰ.病原特性及其发病规律

摘    要: 桃树流胶病是由真菌多主葡萄壳菌Botryosphaeria dothidea(Moug.ex Fr.) Ces.&de Not.(B.ribis Gross.et Dugg.)所致;菌丝在PSA培养基上生长适温为20~30℃,菌落经黑光灯照射7~10天产生分生孢子。它的萌发最适温度为25~30℃。在10℃及25℃下贮存102天仍能发芽;本病从4月下旬至7月上旬均可侵染新梢,潜育期为14~84天,病菌有潜伏侵染性;在南京病菌从4月开始侵入到10月下旬停止活动,进入越冬阶段;病菌的分生孢子是随雨水传播,伤口、皮孔及侧芽等为病菌入侵途径。

Abstract:The gummosis of peach is a serious problem of peach production in Nanjing,China.The causal organism Botryosphaeria dothidea(B.ribis) was identified to be similar to that by Weaver described in 1974.The organism that produces two stages(imperfect and perfect) occasionally bearing in the same stroma in it life cycle have been observered.The conidia of Dothiorella gregaria(imperfect stage) measures 13~32.5×5.2~11.7 μ,and the ascospores of Botryosphaeria dothidea(perfect stage) measures 23.4~28.6×7.8~13μ.
