洗井冲砂液综合处理装置研制

摘    要:针对目前油井出砂严重,水力冲砂上存在井底积砂冲洗不完全、冲砂液净化周期长、现场清砂困难、水资源浪费严重、劳动强度大等问题,研制了洗井冲砂液综合处理装置。通过工艺分析,确定了冲砂液综合处理工作流程,对旋流分离器、振动筛等核心部件进行设计计算,确定了核心部件的结构参数。现场试验表明:该装置在将油、水、泥砂彻底分离的同时还能够将净水回注地层,不仅工艺技术先进、结构合理,而且具有良好的针对性和实用性,有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Aiming at the serious sand production in the oil well, and the problem in the disposal of hydraulic sand washing,such as,the flushing of downhole sand is not completely, the purification cycle of sand cleaning fluid is long, the larger waste of water,labor intensity and so on,a compre- hensive device for well washing fluid was developed. Through the technology analysis, the com- prehensive processing workflow of sand cleaning fluid was determined,and the core parts such as cyclone separator, vibrating screen, determine the structure parameters of the core components were designed. Through field application test, proving that the equipment can separate the mixture of the oil, water, mud and sand, and at the same time be able to recycle the clean water to forma- tion thoroughly,not only technology is advanced9 reasonable structure, but also has good perti- nence and practicability, and wide application prospects.
