选矿拜耳法氧化铝生产过程中有机物影响的分析与对策

摘    要:在选矿拜耳法氧化铝生产过程中,采用了浮选方法处理我国中低品位一水硬铝石型铝土矿生产出A/S=10以上的选精矿,同时,浮选药剂和矿石带入后续拜耳法生产流程的有机物量大大高于常规拜耳法,本文分析了有机物对后续常规拜耳法生产系统的影响,并提出了具体可行的解决对策。

Abstract:During the alumina production by bayer-mineral processing method,adopt the floatation method to deal with the choiceness bauxite that manufactured by the disapore bauxite that is low level in China and the A/S=10.At the same time,the organic content of the floatation medicine and the bauxite that brought into the flow by the afterwards bayer is a large higher than the normal bayer method.This article just analyses the influence about the organic to the afterwards normal bayer method manufacture system and brings the available countermeasure.
