牛奶蛋白纤维的吸湿性和电学性能研究

摘    要:通过测量牛奶蛋白纤维和腈纶纤维的吸放湿平衡回潮率及纤维比电阻,对两种纤维的吸放湿性能和电学性能进行了对比研究,并通过软件拟合出两种纤维的吸放湿回归方程。实验结果表明,牛奶蛋白纤维的吸放湿平衡回潮率远高于腈纶纤维,吸湿滞后性显著;不同温湿度下牛奶蛋白纤维的质量比电阻小于腈纶纤维,且两种纤维的质量比电阻均随着湿度的增大而减小,随着温度的增加而增大。

Abstract:This paper studied the moisture absorption and desorption property of Milk Protein Fiber and Polyacrylonitrile along with the electrical property. The regression equation of moisture absorption and desorption and the regression equation of moisture absorption were found by fitting with Origin. The results of the experiments show that the absorption and desorption equilibrium moisture regain of Milk Protein Fiber were much higher than that of Polyacrylonitrile, together with more obvious shydroscopic hysteresis. The mass specific regain of Milk Protein Fiber was lower than that of Polyacrylonitrile. With the increase of humidity or the decrease of temperature, the mass specific regain of two fibers becomes lower.
