摘    要:大规模风机连锁脱网不仅制约了电网对风电的接纳能力,而且严重威胁电网的安全稳定运行。归纳整理风电机组连锁脱网事故发展的4个阶段,指出风电连锁脱网中的主导影响因素,提出一种抑制风电连锁脱网事故的无功电压两级控制策略,分别从风电场层面和电网层面协调风电系统中电压无功可控装置,保证系统电压的安全稳定运行。最后,以实际电网为原型的等效风电系统为例,仿真重演风电连锁脱网4阶段,证明所提出的电压无功控制策略可以有效地抑制风电系统连锁脱网事故的发生。

Abstract:The cascading tripping-off of wind turbines will not only limit the acceptance ability of wind power,but also seriously threat the safe and stable operation of power system.This paper induced the four phases of cascading tripping-off accident of wind turbine,and pointed out domi-nant factors which lead to the cascading tripping-off of wind turbines.A two stage control strategy suppressed the cascading tripping-off of wind turbines was proposed.It coordinated the output of reactive power of the multi-reactive power sources from the wind farm and the power grid to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system voltage.Finally,case study was carried out at an equivalent wind power system which is original from a real power grid.The simulation results repeated the four phases of wind turbine cascading tripping-off and validated the effective-ness of the proposed control strategy.
