摘    要:SiC二极管是一种新型的功率二极管,它有着无反向恢复电流的优点。本文讨论SiC二极管在UPS的全桥拓扑中的应用,理论分析了普通SiC二极管反向恢复电流能引起尖峰电压,通过试验证明了无反向恢复电流的SiC二极管可以消去这部分尖峰,并且能降低开关损耗,提高电路效率。

Abstract:SiC diode is a new type of power diodes with the strongpoint of almost zero reverse current.This paper discusses the application of SiC diode in full-bridge converter used in UPS.Theoretically analysis shows that the reverse current of general Si diode can cause peak voltage.And the test testifies that peak voltage can be removed by implementing SiC diode because of its non-reverse current.Also the switch loss will be reduced,which leads to a higher efficiency.
