| 摘 要： | 学分制改革彰显“以生为本”和“百果齐收”的教育理念；构筑以适应学分制改革需要的教学计划和学籍管理办法为主体的政策框架；研发教学管理系统，搭建信息化管理平台；探索建立教务运行管理的闭环控制系统，采集、分析、处理教学运行特征数据，对系统进行实时监控，保障教学的良性运行；形成有特色的选课制。
