压力式雾化器特性的研究

摘    要:研究了压力式雾化器的压力及雾化器孔径对其性能的影响。结果表明:雾化器孔径一定时,随着压力增大,压力式雾化器的流量变大,雾化角变小,喷淋密度变大,粒径变小;压力一定时,随着雾化器孔径增大,压力式雾化器的流量变大,雾化角变大,喷淋密度变小,粒径变大。

Abstract:Effect of pressure and pore size of atomizer on its properties was studied,and the result showed that in a certain aperture,the flow and density of pressured atomizer was increased with the pressure increasing,and the angle and size of pressured atomizer was reduced,whereas with a certain pressure,the flow,angle and size of the pressured atomizer was increased,and the density was reduced with the aperture increasing.
