安装参数与掘进参数对滚刀破岩阻力的影响

摘    要:为获得不同切削顺序下盘形滚刀安装参数与掘进参数对其破岩阻力的影响,通过建立多滚刀破岩数值模型,研究不同切削顺序下滚刀贯入度、刀间距、安装半径与刀盘转速等参数对滚刀破岩阻力的影响规律,采用多因素正交实验法分析各因素对破岩阻力的影响显著性,并通过滚刀破岩试验验证数值分析结果的正确性.研究结果表明:滚刀破岩阻力总体上随贯入度、切削速度、刀间距与安装半径的增加而增大;不同切削顺序下,滚刀破岩阻力各不相同,其差异性随贯入度增加以及刀间距减小而逐渐增大;3种不同切削顺序下,贯入度对滚刀破岩阻力影响均为非常显著,刀盘转速和滚刀安装半径对破岩阻力影响较小,刀间距对破岩阻力的影响随切削顺序变化而有明显差异,破岩试验结果与仿真基本一致.

Abstract:To obtain the influences of installation and tunnelling parameters for disc cutters on the rock-breaking resistance under different cutting sequence, a numerical model of rock breaking for multiple cutters was established, and the effects of cutter space, penetration, installation radius and cutterhead rotational velocity on the cutter rock-breaking resistance were investigated under different cutting sequences. Multi factor orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the influence degree of various factors on the rock breaking resistance, and the validity of the numerical analysis was verified by the rock breaking experiment. The results indicate that the cutter rock-breaking resistances increase with the increase of cutting penetration, cutterhead rotational velocity, cutter space and installation radius. The cutter rock-breaking resistances are different under different cutting sequences, and the differences increase with the increase in cutter penetration and the decrease in cutter space. The effect of penetration on the cutter rock-breaking resistance is significant, while the effects of installation radius and cutterhead rotational velocity are relatively small. Additionally, the effect of cutter space on the rock-breaking resistance is quite different under different cutting sequences. The results of rock breaking test are basically consistent with the numerical simulation.
