多流程循环流化床锅炉热力计算方法研究

摘    要:由于多流程循环流化床锅炉炉膛中颗粒运动、燃烧和传热过程的实验结果和工业数据较为缺乏,因此有必要对多流程循环流化床锅炉的炉膛热力计算进行详细研究。根据多流程循环流化床锅炉的特点,推荐了适用于多流程循环流化床锅炉的分离器效率、燃烧份额和传热系数的计算方法,建立了以物料平衡、能量平衡为主的多流程循环流化床锅炉热力计算模型。利用建立的热力计算模型对一台在用的多流程循环流化床锅炉进行了计算,得到了炉内的物料分布、温度分布和热量分布规律。计算结果与该锅炉的工业测试数据的对比分析结果表明了热力计算结果符合锅炉实际运行情况。面向工程应用建立了一种多流程循环流化床锅炉的热力计算方法,可以为工业锅炉设计与改造提供理论指导。

Abstract:It is worth to study the thermal calculation method of the multi-path horizontal circulating fluidized bed boiler due to the insufficient experimental and practical data of the particle movement, combustion, and heat transfer in a multi-path circulating fluidized bed boiler. In this paper, the thermal calculation model based on material balance and energy balance is established according to the characteristics of a multi-path horizontal circulating fluidized bed (MPHCFB) boiler. The calculation methods of the separator efficiency, combustion fraction, and heat transfer coefficient for MPHCFB boilers are determined. A production MPHCFB boiler is calculated with the proposed thermal calculation model. The material distribution, temperature distribution, and heat distribution in the furnace are obtained. By comparing the calculation results with the industrial test data of the boiler, the thermal calculation results are in line with the actual operation of the boiler. This work presents an engineering-oriented method for the thermal calculation of an MPHCFB boiler. It can provide theoretical reference for the design and modification of industrial boilers in energy-saving and emission-reduction.
