摘    要:冷轧退火后的带钢,在平整过程中产生边部横纹,严重影响带钢的表面质量。通过现场研究分析,得出边部横纹产生的机理是由于带钢弯曲或者钢卷晃动等造成单边受力,发生屈服,产生滑移线所致。通过采取前道工序松边轧制、平整张力工艺调整、适当增加轧制力或延伸率、提高生产速度等措施可以有效预防和减轻横纹缺陷的产生。

Abstract:After cold-rolling and annealing edge cross cracks would form on strip steel,and it would affect the surface quality of strip steel.Through site research and analysis it is concluded the mechanism of cross crack is that because of bending and shaking the strip steel would be forced on one side and so yield and sliding line emerge.It can be prevented through measures: rolling under loose edge in former procedure,flattening tension process adjusting,properly increasing rolling load or elongation,increasing production speed and etc.
