基于递阶模糊控制的锅炉汽包水位控制系统

摘    要:针对锅炉汽包水位控制系统非线性、延迟等特点,提出将模糊控制应用于此系统,结合双冲量控制方式来消除"虚假水位",实现锅炉汽包水位平衡,并采用递阶方式来生成模糊控制规则,以解决多输入系统控制规则数量过多的难题。仿真结果表明,递阶模糊控制应用于此系统具有较强的鲁棒性和调节性能,提高了系统的动态和静态性能指标,总体性能优于常规模糊控制方式。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the non-liner and big delay of drum water level control system, fuzzy control is applied in this system along with double impulse control method to get rid of 'false water level' and achieve water-level balance. And hierarchical method is used to generate fuzzy rules. In this way,the number of rules of multi-input system can be greatly reduced. The simulation results show that this hierarchical fuzzy control system has strong robustness and excellent adjustment capacity and can enhance the static and dynamic performances of the system. The overall performance of it is superior to that of fuzzy control system.
