后摆分腿腾越教法实验研究

根据动作技能形成规律，对后摆分腿腾越教法进行了设计与研究，将跳马技术分为二个阶段：第一阶段按常规教学手段，注重增强本体感觉，第二阶段环节分解、控制体形变化等练习，用统计学的方法，对实验数据进行处理、分析，实践证明，此教法有利于正确动作的形成，使跳马分腿腾越成绩有显著提高。

A Test and Analysis of the Different Methods in Teaching Horse-vaulting

The technical movement of horse-vaulting is complex and delicate.It is one of the difficulties in teaching.This article is based on the design and study of horse-vaulting according to the principle of the formation of movement in horse-vaulting.The process of horse-vaulting is divided into two steps.The first step uses the normal teaching method.The second step places emphasis on the sense of the self,separation of links and control of body shape.The data is analyzed in the way of statistics.It is proved that this method is help-ful in the formation of correct movements.And in this way the quality of horse-vaulting is improved.
