针对性护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒的改善效果

目的 分析针对性护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒的改善效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年9月山 东大学附属威海市立医院收治的48例老年湿疹患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组24例。 对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施针对性护理干预，比较两组心理状态焦虑自评量表（SAS）、 抑郁自评量表（SDS）]、护理效果湿疹面积及严重程度指数（EASI）、自我护理能力测定量表评分 （ESCA）]、依从性评分、护理满意度评分。结果 两组护理后SDS、SAS评分低于护理前，且观察组低 于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后EASI评分低于护理前、ESCA评分高于护理前，且观察组EASI评分低于对照 组，ESCA评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组依从性、护理满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对 性护理干预可改善老年湿疹患者瘙痒程度，提升自我护理能力、依从性和护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Improvement Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Pruritus in Elderly Patients with Eczema

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of targeted nursing intervention on pruritus in elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 48 elderly patients with eczema admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from January 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 patientsin each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. The psychological status Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)], nursing effect Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI), Engagement in Self-care Scale(ESCA)], compliance score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The EASI score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, and the ESCA score was higher than that before nursing, while the EASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the ESCA score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can improve the degree of pruritus in elderly patients with eczema, improve self-care ability, compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
