| 摘 要： | 以玉米品种掖单13号为试材,研究了油菜素内酯(10~(-4)、10~(-3)、10~(-2)、10~(-1)ppm)和多效唑(25、50、100、200ppm)浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,油菜素内酯和多效唑浸种后,玉米的发芽率提高,根系活力增强,叶中叶绿素含量增加;油菜素内酯可加快种子萌发,促进幼苗生长,增加根系长度,提高地上部和根鲜重;多效唑有延缓种子萌发的作用,使株高降低,茎加粗,地上部鲜重7天时降低,20天时升高,根系发育受到促进,增加根鲜重,提高根/冠比。

| Abstract: | The effects of BR(1O-4.10-3.10-2.l0-1ppm)and MET(25.50.100. 2OOppm)soaking seed on germination and seedling growth were studied with corn cultivar-"Yedan 13". The results show that the germination rate, root system activit' y and chlorophyll contents of leaf were all increased when BR or MET was used . BR could make the seed germination early . increase root length, improve seedling growth and increase fresh weight of roots and shoots . MET delayed the seed germination , reduced seedling height, increased stem diameter, Fresh weight of shoots was lower at the seventh day but higher at the twentieth day than control. Root development was improved ,fresh weight of roots were increased,the root/shoot was higher. |
