论城市既有工业建筑改造设计与评价

在城市化加速的历史背景下,对城市中既有工业建筑的现状和特点进行了探讨,在分析既有工业建筑在经济、社会、环境三方面的改造需求的基础上,提出了既有工业建筑的改造设计方法,并简要论述了既有工业建筑改造的评价方法以及今后的发展方向。

Discussion on renovation design and evaluation of urban existing industrial buildings

This paper discussed the status quo and characteristics of industrial buildings in the city under the accelerated urbanization of the his- torical background. Analysis both of existing industrial buildings in three aspects ： economy, society and enviromnent, on the basis of transforma- tion needs, put furward modification and design method of existing industrial buildings. Discusses the evaluation method of the retrofit existing in- dustrial buildings and the development direction in the future.
