基于DSP的步进电机细分驱动系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于TMS320 F2806芯片控制的步进电动机的细分驱动系统,利用电流合成矢量的旋转法实现了高精度细分方案.开发了两相混合式步进电机的硬件电路,反馈部分采用了高精度的电流互感器对电流采样;实现了控制系统的电流闭环PI调节算法.最后,对系统进行了实验研究,表明该系统运行平稳,电流波形良好,噪声低,定位精度高.

Abstract:A system of division driver method based on Tms320F2806 was proposed.Through adopting the methodnamed Current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude,the system featured highly precise division.The hard-ware system for two-phase hybrid stepping motor was developed.The high-precision hall current sensor was appliedfor feedback unit to sample the winding current.The regulation algorithm of closed-loop current of control system wasalso realized in the end,and a large amount of experiments were carried on.T...
