摘    要:目的 探究2006-2016年四川省猩红热发病率的空间分布特征,以及热点区域随时间的变化趋势,为四川省开展猩红热防控工作提供指导建议。方法 以县(区)为单位,对四川省2006-2016年猩红热发病率分别进行空间自相关分析和空间扫描分析。结果 全局空间自相关分析揭示2006-2016年四川省猩红热空间分布呈现正相关性,局部空间自相关分析和空间扫描分析提示猩红热的热点区域已由凉山彝族自治州和攀枝花一带转移到四川中北部一带。结论 猩红热发病热点区域有由南向北移动的趋势,要加强对四川中部以北县市的猩红热防控工作。

Abstract:Objective To explore the spatial distribution features of scarlet fever incidence in Sichuan from 2006 to 2016, and to discuss the variation of hot spots over time, in order to provide guidance for the prevention and control of scarlet fever in Sichuan. WTHZ]Methods The spatial auto-correlation method and scan statistics were used to identify the spatial distribution of scarlet fever in a county of Sichuan as a unit. WTHZ]Results Global spatial auto-correlation analysis revealed that the spatial distribution of scarlet fever in Sichuan has a positive correlation in the past decade. Local spatial auto-correlation analysis and spatial scanning analysis indicated that the hot spots of scarlet fever have transferred from the Liangshan Yi Nationality Autonomous regions and Panzhihua areas to the north-central Sichuan. WTHZ]Conclusion The hot areas of scarlet fever have a trend moving from south to north, and the prevention and control of scarlet fever in the north-central counties of Sichuan should be strengthened.
