气管插管用于新生儿重度窒息复苏的效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨气管插管在新生儿重度窒息的复苏效果。方法将78例新生儿随机分为3组,Ⅰ组21例由麻醉医生在手术室和分娩现场及时插管复苏;Ⅱ组25例为麻醉医生应要求到分娩时插管复苏;Ⅲ组32例因技术条件受限未施行气管插管,仅采用清理呼吸道、吸氧、按压胸廓人工呼吸等措施进行复苏。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组的总复苏成功率为91.3%,与Ⅲ组的复苏成功率比较,P〈0.01。结论新生儿重度窒息及时行气管插管复苏、能大大提高患儿的复苏成功率。

Study of the clinical application of the endotracheal intubation in anabiosising severe asphyxia in newborn.

Abstract:Objective To approach and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the endotracheal intubation in anabiosising severe asphyxia in newborn patients. Methods A total of 78 newborn patients were randomly assigned into three groups. Group Ⅰ ( n = 21 ) : 21 newborn patients with the severe asphyxia were anabiosised through the tracheal intubation in operating room or childbirth spot by the anaesthesia doctor;Group Ⅱ (n = 25 ):25 newborn patients were anabiosised through the tracheal intubation in childbirth room by the anaesthesia doctor invited. Group Ⅲ( n = 32 ) :32 cases were not anabiosised through the tracheal intubation because there was a limited conditon, and which were delt with the measures of the airways cleared, O^2 inhalation and the artificial respiration and so on. Results (1) In the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ , the total of the successful resuscitation rate was 91.3 %, In the group Ⅲ ,that was 53.13 %. (2) Comparing of the total rate of the groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ with the rate of the group m showed that there was a good statistically significant difference( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It can improve consumedly the successful resuscitation rate of those newborn patients with severe asphyxia that they were given by the endotracheal intubation and resuscitation.
