前列地尔联合奥曲肽治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎临床观察

目的探讨前列地尔联合奥曲肽治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年7月~2010年2月作者收治的42例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。将42例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者分成2组,治疗组24例,对照组18例。2组均予醋酸奥曲肽针0.1 mg静脉注射后,以生理盐水50 mL加醋酸奥曲肽0.3 mg按25~50μg/h持续静脉泵入,共5 d。治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用前列地尔注射液10μg加生理盐水20 mL静脉注射,疗程5~10 d,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组5 d后轻症患者症状及体征缓解率、血淀粉酶阴转率明显高于对照组,疗效亦显著高于对照组差异有显著性(P0.05);加用前列地尔治疗重症,临床疗效虽优于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论前列地尔治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎可提高治愈率,缩短病程。

Clinical effect of alprostadil combined with octreotide on patients with hyperlipoidemia acute pancreatits

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of alprostadil combined with oc-treotide on patients with acute hyperlipoidemia pancreatits.Methods Forty two patients of acute hyperlipoidemia pancreatitis in our hospital from July 2007 to February 2010 were analyzed retro-spectively.Forty two patients with acute hyperlipoidemia pancreatits were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with alprostadil combined with octreotide(n=24) and the control group treated with octreotide(n=18).After being injected with 0.1 mg Octreotide,patients were in-jected constantly for five days.the treatment group was injected with mixtures of 0.1 mg Al-prostadil and 250 mL dextrose liquid everyday at same time.The treatment lasted six days.the ef-fect was also observed during the experiment.Results Remission rate of symptom and physical sign are higher in mild cases of the treatment group than those of the control group.The descent level of hemodiastase is higher too(P<0.05).But in severe cases,two groups were not obviously variabile in statistical analysis.Conclusion Alprostadil combined with octreotide is an effective way in elevating healing rate and reduction of course for patients with acute hyperlipoidemia pancreatits.
