| 摘 要： | 针对工程建设领域未形成长效互利合作关系的现状,在建设参与方中引入战略伙伴关系,建立重复博弈模型,分析建立战略伙伴关系的可行性及各方意愿程度。提出政策引导、社会监督、合同约束、系统控制和委员会协调等方面策略,以实现战略伙伴关系。
