| 摘 要： | 该文通过对航空发动机主轴轴承的寿命试验及数据分析，给出了某型发动机主轴轴承寿命的参数估计及分布的统计检验，为轴承的寿命评估及可靠性分析提供了有力手段，并通过实例加以应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, with the test of the life span of the air engine's main axle bearings and data analysis, the statistical inference of the parameter estimation and distribution for the life span of the air-engine's main axle bearing is obtained.That offers a useful method to the life span caculating and reliability analysis of the bearing.At the and,examples are taken to test the new bearings. |
