| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨癌基因c-myc在涎腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 用免疫组化方法研究了本校病理科存档40例涎腺良恶性肿瘤石蜡标本。结果 良性肿瘤呈阴性或弱阳性表达，高度恶性肿瘤呈阳性或强阳性表达，其差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 c-myc表达与涎腺肿瘤细胞增殖加快和分化突变有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and distribution of oncogene c-myc in human salivary gland tumours.Methods 40 cases of salivary gland tumours were studied using immunohistochemistry methods.Results the over-expression of c-myc were seen in all malignant salivary gland tumours while lightly positive or even negative expression was seen in benign ones(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of oncogene c-myc had some relation to the proliferation and differentiation of salivary gland tumors. |
