阿魏酸钠抗溴苯实验性肝损害作用机制的探讨

摘    要: 观察了溴苯(BB)肝损害时阿魏酸钠(SF)的有效作用。结果表明,BB肝损害时SALT、肝匀浆MDA及肝微粒体细胞色素P-450酶活性均增高,同时肝微粒体及线粒体膜流动性亦增高。SF100mg/kg口服可明显降低BB所致上述各指标的增高,使肝版粒体及线粒体膜流动性恢复至正常,提示SF对BB肝损害有保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化,稳定细胞膜及降低肝脏药物代谢酶活性有关。

Abstract:The effects of sodium ferulate(SF)on bromobenzene(BB)-induced liver injury wereobserved in mice.SALT,liver homogenate MDA content,and microsomal cytochrome P-450 activ-ity significantly increased in BB-treated mice,The membrane fluidity of liver microsome and mito-chondria was also elevated.The enhancement of above indexes in BB-treated mice were decreasedafter SF 100 mg/kg pretreatment,and the membrane fluidity of liver microsome and mitochondriareturned to normal.The results indicated that SF alleviated BB-induced liver damage,and itsmechanism was related to inhibition of liver lipid peroxidation,stablization of membrane fluidityand decline of drug metabolizing enzyme.
