航空航天医学专业研究生人才培养体系与内容的优化研究

【摘要】 航空航天活动是人类认识自然和改造自然进程中最具活力和最有影响的活动之一，如何保障飞行人员的“安全、健康、舒适与工作能力”一直是人类航空航天活动中的最高原则。随着航空航天事业的快速发展，我国航空航天医学专业人才的培养在“课程内容、专业特色和科研思维”等方面面临着严峻的挑战。自2014年起第四军医大学航空航天医学系依据我国航空航天医学的教育自身特点，瞄准研究生人才培养的关键问题，依据“优化课程理论、完善实践教学、强化学术交流、严格过程管理”等原则，在原有航空航天医学专业研究生质量培养体系上进行了科学性与特色性的优化与完善。

Construction and improvement of course system for postgraduate students in Aerospace Medicine

It is considered that the culture of high level talents in aerospace medicine is very important for the security of our country. With the rapid developments of new aircraft and new equipment in Army Force, there is also a new challenge for the culture of high level talents in aerospace medicine. From 2014, we began to construct and improve the course system for postgraduate students in Aerospace Medicine through many ways.
