摘    要:与使用氢气为燃料气相比,以重整气作为质子交换膜燃料电池的燃料气可以避免氢气储存与运输的不便,更可以增加PEMFC的适用场合和范围.研究了常压与加压条件下重整气中N2和CO2组分对PEMFC电堆的影响,结果表明N2和CO2主要是降低了H2的分压,对电池性能影响较小.针对CO组分,研究比较了阳极注氧和外部净化对电池抗CO能力的影响,结果表明这两种方法都有明显的抗CO效果,相比之下外净化的效果更佳.同时,考察了电堆在重整气氛围下的稳定性,进行了1 500 h的寿命实验,实验结果显示电压衰减速度为19.21 μV/h.

Performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack with reformate fuel
Abstract:Comparing with hydrogen, reformed gas feeding to proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) can avoid the inconvenience of the storage and transportation of H_2, also expand PEMFC stack usage range. In this work, the influence of N_2 and CO_2 composition in reformed gas on PEMFC stack performance was studied under atmospheric and elevated pressure. The results show that more N_2 and CO_2 composition just reduce the partial pressure of H_2, and have a little influence on the stack performance. The study on CO influence was carried out as well. Anode-oxygen-injection method and pre-purification method were studied to improve CO tolerance of the stack. The results show that even both methods can enhance the stack CO tolerance,the latter is more effective. At last, the stack operating stability with reformed gas was studied. The results show that the decay rate of the stack is 19.21 μV/h after 1 500 h reformed gas running.
