合理布局 创新模式 提升农村基层卫生服务能力——加强村级卫生服务能力建设的调研与思考

村级卫生机构是农村三级卫生服务的网底．是广大农村群众疾病预防和生命安全的第一道防线．承担着实施初级卫生保健的重要职能。但是随着社会市场经济及医疗体制改革的发展，村级卫生机构的服务能力与广大农村群众的卫生服务需求之间的矛盾日益显现。课题组通过对建德市村级卫生服务机构服务现状开展问卷调查和走访调研，分析、探讨村级卫生机构发展中存在的困难和问题，就如何推动村级卫生服务机构改革，大力发展农村社区卫生服务进行探索与思考。

Promoting the Village Medical Service by the Means of Scientific Distribution and Creative Management-Research on the Strengthening the Village Medical Service and After-thoughts

The Chinese village medical organization is of the third and bottom level of country sanitation service in China, which is responsible for Chinese elementary sanitary health care. However, with the development of social market-oriented economy and the reform or the medical system, the services of village medical organizations are falling behind and can＇t meet the demands of all the country people. Our research team had done much research on the village medical service in the form of census, interview and analysis. We＇re trying to find out the problems and their resolutions during the reform and development of Chinese village medical organizations.
