S Zorb烟气膜分离技术考察

摘    要:采用以硅橡胶-聚砜中空纤维复合膜制成膜组件的小型烟气膜分离装置,考察了烟气温度、气体流速和压力等工艺条件对S Zorb烟气膜分离的影响。结果表明,作为N2来源的尾气,其收率和N2纯度的主要影响因素是膜两侧压差,膜分离温度影响不大,而入膜气适宜流速也主要受压力制约。S Zorb烟气膜分离适宜的工艺条件为,烟气温度(30±15)℃、膜两侧压差(0.40±0.02)MPa;该条件下,SO2/N2的分离系数为2.7,渗透气中SO2质量分数达105%左右,可送入Claus装置进行硫磺回收,而尾气的体积收率约为60%,尾气中SO2质量分数不高于0.5%,可以作为N2回用于S Zorb装置。

Abstract:In order to enrich SO2and recycle N2 from S Zorb flue gas, experiments of the flue gas membrane separation were conducted on a small gas membrane separation unit with silicon rubber polysulphone hollow fiber composite membrane as membrane module. Effects of gas temperature, gas flow rate and pressure on S Zorb flue gas membrane separation were explored. The experimental results showed that both yield of tailed gas and purity of N2were mainly affected by transmembrane pressure and little by its temperature. Suitable velocity of feed gas was restricted by the pressure. The suitable conditions for the flue gas membrane separation were the temperature of (30±15)℃ and transmembrane pressure of (040±002)MPa, under which the separation coefficient of SO2/N2was 27 and about 60% volume yield of tailed gas could be obtained. The permeable gas with about 105% mass fraction of SO2 can be sent to Claus unit for sulfur recycling. The tailed gas with no more than 05% mass fraction of SO2 can be reused by S Zorb unit.nit.
